  • ½ cup Rebel Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoon Choc Zero Chocolate syrup
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar free whipped cream
  • Sugar free sprinkles
  • ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½-1 teaspoon Banana extract
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  • Place the heavy whipping cream and Swerve sweetener in a pot over medium heat on the stove. Whisk to combine.

  • Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens and comes to a light boil.

  • Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the banana extract, vanilla extract and the gelatin. Whisk until completely combined, and let cool to room temperature.

  • Place the pudding mixture once it has cooled into the fridge for one hour.
