death when he hurtled from a third floor Window at his place of business 12 East Church avenue shortly before 9 yesterday morning Dr Charles Irvin city coro ner said last night he had not completed his investigation and had arrived at no verdict Mr Waldrop was' said to have been cheerful when he arrived athis office yesterday morning andshortly afterwards he went to the third floor with Thrasher serv ice manager in search of clues in connection with the theft of a bat Xtery from the building during the night Thrasher said told officers that he had just started downstairs after leav ing Mr Waldrop when he heard a thud Rushing back to the window he saw what had occurred and sum moned an ambulance and a physi cian White sales manager went to the scene a moment later and found Mr Waldrop
