Appointments must be confirmed. After scheduling your appointment, the automated reminder system will send several reminders of your appointment day/time.

If confirmation is not received within 2 business days of your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and made available for another client to book.

Cancellation and no-show policy: For any appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 2 business days notice, a $50 fee will be charged. If you fail to attend your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged.

If 2 or more appointments have been scheduled in the past and cancelled (with or without sufficient notice), you may be charged a $50 administrative fee (at the discretion of Sparkling Smiles).

We direct bill to most but not all insurance companies. If you have questions about your insurance or if we can direct bill your company, please contact the office directly.

This option is for NEW adult clients only (16 years or older).

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive dental hygiene assessment and cleaning (scaling, polishing and fluoride). As part of your initial appointment, we go over your medical and dental history, complete an in depth assessment of your teeth, gums and soft tissues to have a baseline for future visits, and perform the dental cleaning.

This option is for NEW child clients only (under 16 years of age).

The initial appointment for children includes a comprehensive dental hygiene assessment and cleaning (scaling, if needed, polishing and fluoride). We ensure to educate your children on their oral health and go over techniques and tips to help them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.

Wicked White is all about achieving a brighter smile without the sensitivity or painful costs associated with other high quality whitening systems on the market today. The unique system, coupled with patent photo initiator gels that are free of animal biproducts, harsh chemicals or preservatives, has proven to deliver the results without the “zingers” from other systems. Only the finest ingredients are used and the neutral pH of the gel and pre-treatment liquid help to prevent dehydration, discomfort and are not harmful to the structural integrity of the teeth.

Wicked White has a whitening solution for everyone. The "PRO" line is completed in office by dental professionals and delivers immediate results with in-office treatments. The "HOME" line can be done in the comfort of your own home when its convenient for you. This includes LED light kits or non-LED kits.

For clients who like the convenience of having us do all the work! Come in, sit down, relax, watch the in-ceiling TV, and walk out with whiter, brighter teeth.

Appointment time is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Kits include a rechargeable 32 mini LED light and mouth piece, 2 whitening wand serums (enough gel for 24-30 application!), pre-treatment spray, shade guide and instructions. Use the whitening serum for 30 minutes a day, for approximately 5-10 days. After that, use the remaining whitening serum for maintenance and touch-ups whenever you feel your teeth are needing a boost!

These make a great Christmas gift, and additional whitening wand serum can be purchased any time for $30 incl. tax.

Take-home whitening consists of a custom top and bottom tray which holds the whitening serum on your teeth for 15-40 minutes per day.

The trays will last a lifetime (as long as your teeth do not change position), and you can purchase refill whitening serum at any time for $30-$40.

An in-office whitening treatment can be done first for instant results, and then the custom trays and whitening serum can be worn for several days after to continue the whitening process and to lock the color in to prevent fading.

This appointment will include taking impressions of your teeth to fabricate the custom trays. The trays will be ready for pickup within one week.
