Horrible customer service! Avoid this place if you cherish your pet!

Excellent service and care for my fur baby.

I truly feel the vet and staff care for my pets. My previous animal care facility was a group of vets. I rarely saw the same vet twice This is a much more caring facility with one vet. It is small but very personal. The vet takes her time, explains options, and is very kind.

Very wonderful place for pets

Dr. Boyd is the best in the area!!! She is kind and a true animal lover. She has taken care of both my boxers and they love coming here. They get so excited when we get to the door because they know where we are and they enjoy all the staff here. I highly recommend everyone in the area who is looking for a vet to swing by and join this amazing clinic!!

Everyone at Gentle Hearts is Awesome. We haven't lived in this area for very long so it was important to find a good Veterinarian for my dog. After lots of research I decided on Gentle Hearts and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Boyd takes her time to explain everything to you and will give you options and the cost beforehand so you decide what you need to do. She's also very patient with all my questions. Her and her staff are very professional but at the same time loving and caring. I'm totally at ease when I take my dog there or have to leave him and that's a big thing for me.

New vet! Folks I must say this was an awesome experience. Single vet clinic. They took excellent care of my dog. Dr. spent time to explain things and the staff is great!

Terrible place.Should not carry the name Gental hearts...Has no heart this Dr.Anyone need help that has true heart call ANGEL VET ♡♡♡♡I Had to post one star I wouldn't give them even one.

Front desk very friendly. Dr Boyd was nice, very detailed with information. Office was very clean.My only "complaint" was she didnt believe me regarding my dogs breed. Went on saying accidents can happen and in her 25 years practicing she has never seen a poodle with that coloring.My standard poodle is brindle/Sable. She looks exactly like every brindle/sable standard poodle out there.DNA dont lie.She notated on my dogs medical records saying, "brindle color (unusual color for poodle)" brindle is absolutely not a unusual color for poodle.Also notated, "very straight long legs - appear wnl" again poodles have straight long legs. (WNL means within normal limits)Just a bit frustrating considering she knew this appt was for insurance approval and she used her personal opinions on a breed she doesn't know much about. Which could cause insurance to deny a claim in future.Also notated,"Skin Lesions: longer thin straight hair, no curly coat seen today."I brushed her out for this appointment. I wanted her to look nice. Most standard poodle puppies can take up to 16 months of age to get the full curly coat.

Vet is wonderful as is her staff. You can tell they love animals and working with them.

Dr. Lanagan is absolutely amazing. She was very caring and kind and really had be best interest of my pet in mind. She took time to discuss and understand my concerns and thoroughly options with me. Very upfront, honest and never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Lanagan and her staff.

Everyone here is very nice, an explains everything that they are doing. Very care staff.

Thank you Dr. Boyd and staff at Gentle Hearts Animal Hospital for the love and support for our family during one of the hardest moments in our lives. Last week we had to say goodbye to our 10 yr old Bullmastiff Hercules. After many stories from friends and family I was terrified to go through this process. The ladies in the office were extremely professional and held our hands as we said goodbye. We were able to grieve in privant with Hercules before and after his final breath. We have asked for a private cremation which has been handled in the upmost respect and sympathies. We received a lovely card in the mail today with paw prints and I cannot put into words how much this touched my heart. Thank you for being a part of our family.The Brennan Family -

Love the staff and the doctor. They do not take payment for billing, but you can ensure that you are getting some of the best treatments and safe medication for your furry friend. I keep coming back even after I moved to the east valley.

Dr. Boyd and her staff are probably the best vet/animal hospital I’ve ever been to! I’ve moved from Michigan and was worried because I had a great vet there, and didn’t think I could find one as good. I was wrong because Gentle Hearts is even better. Their lobby is so nice, everything is really clean, the girls are always so sweet. Dr. Boyd always takes so much time and is so patient and always answers my zillion questions. Right now because of COVID they have you wait in your car until they have a room completely disinfected, so that makes me feel safe.Small detail but one I loved: I told her I was from Michigan and she spent a long time educating me about the differences and dangers the desert poses (valley fever, different animals, etc) — I love that she went above and beyond for that.I recommend her to all of my friends!!

They were amazing they helped my precious little girl she is felling much better thanks to the kind and experienced care givers. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family who have love ones that need help or a check up

Be prepared to wait outside until they are good and ready to let you in the building. Appointments are not adhered to also. Unfriendly. I don't recommend their services.

Caring staff and doctor. Dr. Boyd is kind and explains everything in detail. She takes the time to listen and answer questions honestly. She doesn't try to upsell unnecessary services which I appreciate so much! I have taken my dog in twice and have had a positive experience.

We absolutely love it there! Staff and Dr. are super friendly and nice. Our Kitty Spook has received excellent care! We also like the fact that we can also take our reptiles and parrot if ever needed.

Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. Pam is wonderful with our pets & saved our dog from deadly injuries. They give good advice for helping them at home. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Boyd and her staff. We are super picky about the care for our kitties. Dr. Boyd is caring and empathetic and she will be straight forward with you.Dr. Boyd knows her practice and she will explain everything as she goes. Where other Vets have tried to scare us into treatments or hospitalization, Dr. Boyd talked us through it and helped us learn how to get through the rough parts at home where our kitties are most comfortable, but also made sure they had what they needed. She got us through some tough places.I trust her and her staff with our furry kids 100%.

I’ve been bringing my dog Penny to Dr. Boyd for almost 3 years now. Penny can be pretty aggressive to new people, but she has come to love all the staff. She LOVES everyone at the practice! Everyone always treats her with love and spoils her with cookies ❤️ I know she will always be well taken care of here.

I have a Chihuahua dog is getting old and needs medical attention.this is the only place I can really trust the whole medical stuff.love their job.and and always take care of my beloved Chihuahua thxs guys

Best veterinarian in the West Valley, with amazing staff all with big hearts and a love for animals and people alike.

I have been to many vets over the years. I am a dog trainer and I volunteer with a rescue. I am extremely picky about who I take my personal dogs to and who I recommend to clients. This was our first visit and I must say that I loved how friendly the staff was. They made me feel like I had been going there for years. The vet took her time to explain all my options and answer all my questions. She even sat on the floor with my boy who is terrified of the vets office. The office was clean from the waiting room to the exam room. The only "negative" I can say about this animal hospital is they do not offer payment plans. Being that my pay check comes sperraticlly I like to have the option if spreading my vet bills over time. I will most certainly be using them for my future needs.
